NAPF Volunteer Internships

The Nuclear Age Peace Foundation offers engaging and challenging internships that expose participants to the emerging field of Peace Literacy, as well as non-profit management, and careers with a conscience.

Job Description

The intern’s specific responsibilities will be determined based on his/her field of interest/study and individual skills. Our goal is to give volunteer interns valuable hands-on experience that will complement their academic pursuits.

Person Description

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Commitment to NAPF’s vision and mission;
  • Strong writing skills;
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to multi-task;
  • Some knowledge of peace issues.

Time Commitment

The time commitment for this position will vary depending on the intern’s class schedule. In your letter of intent, please indicate your anticipated weekly time commitment to this position.

Compensation

We are unable to provide financial compensation for this position, but academic credit may be available.
