Volunteers

We welcome volunteers of all ages to help us achieve the mission of a world free of nuclear weapons. While many of our everyday volunteer projects are based at our headquarters in Santa Barbara, California, there are other tasks that can be done from anywhere in the world.

Below are some things that you can do from anywhere to help spread the word. For specific volunteer inquiries in the Santa Barbara area, please contact Rick Wayman, NAPF Director of Programs, at (805) 965-3443 or rwayman@napf.org.

Take Action

Take action through our Action Alert Network on some of today’s most important nuclear weapons issues, and share the actions with your friends. Unfortunately, at this time most of our actions are limited to U.S. residents.

Stay Informed

Our Sunflower newsletter covers the month’s top nuclear news, along with perspectives, quotes and occasional articles on nuclear insanity.

Get Creative

Each year the Foundation holds a disarmament video contest (deadline April 1) and a peace poetry contest (deadline July 1).
