About the Authors

Joshua C. Chen is principal and creative director of San Francisco-based Chen Design Associates, a multi-disciplinary group that provides strategic vision and creative content for clients in various industries. CDA’s award-winning work has been featured in numerous books and publications, and has earned Josh recognition from GraphicDesignUSA as one of fifty "people to watch " in the design industry in 2003.

Dr. David Krieger is a founder of the Nuclear Age Peace Foundation, and has served as President of the Foundation since 1982. He has lectured throughout the United States,Europe and Asia on issues of peace, security, international law, and the abolition of nuclear weapons, as well as written and edited many books on peace in the Nuclear Age. Peace: 100 Ideas is inspired by Dr. Krieger's original list, "100 Ideas for a More Peaceful World."
